During this creation, I thought of balance and the hidden lessons
in life you don't expect. The lesson that things aren't always as
they seem. The contrast with black and white makes me think of
the good and bad in life. There is not one without the other. I
imagine this piece on a hallway where you can see it change from
dark to light and light to dark as you walk by everyday
and when looked at as a whole, you can find peace in
knowing that everything was meant to be.
